Black and White Eyed Ouroboros Ring

Black and White Eyed Ouroboros Ring,

One eye is white, the other is black.
And both belong to the same snake.

The earliest known reference to the Ouroboros is found in Ancient Egypt, in the texts from Tutankhamun’s tomb. It then found its way into alchemy: the snake biting its own tail, a symbol that the end is also the beginning.

In this ring, we’ve expressed that idea with two stones. The white diamond represents the day, the black diamond the night. One represents the visible, the other the invisible…

The textured body was crafted entirely by hand without the use of a mold. Like every Ballade Art piece, this one was also carefully crafted specifically for its owner.
